ABOUT US

Starting in 2022, Sweets on Wheels, a
dessert food trailer came to life. Selling a
variety of desserts such as donuts,
churros, ice cream and more. Now
revamped and ready to expand its menu.
We have now rebranded to “Guac’ & Roll”.
Staying close to our Mexican roots and
bringing a taste of home to Hamilton,
Ontario. Owners, Alan Ortiz and Viviana
Valencia, immigrants to Canada, have
come to share their food experience and
explosive flavours for all to enjoy. You
won’t want to miss it!
